The LSC refers to health and safety management in its contract. Effective health and safety management is an essential requirement for all those involved in delivering learning in particular the requirement for continuous improvement/raising standards to benefit learners. There are also specific requirements to report incidents and accidents to learners that come under the scope of RIDDOR.
